Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation.  This email will include your tracking information.  We will do our best to send out your order the same day the order is placed otherwise it will be done by the following business day.  Any orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be sent the next business day. 

When placing your order please supply a physical address as we do not post to PO Box addresses.  All orders will require a signature upon delivery so please ensure there is someone to sign for your order between the delivery hours of 9am – 5pm on weekdays. 

The below delivery times are an indication only and Mazu will not be held accountable for longer delivery time frames. 

New Zealand

  • $7 standard shipping for all New Zealand orders 
  • Tracked service
  • Allow 1-3 working days

Australia

  • Shipping cost:  $15 flat rate
  • Tracked service
  • Allow 1-5 working days

Rest of the World

  • Minimum order of $200
  • Shipping cost:  $35
  • Tracked service
  • Allow 3 – 10 working days

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped.  Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser/recipient and these fees are not included in the products price.  Mazu has no control over the processing times for duties and taxes and will take no responsibility for any delay due to processing of local taxes or duties applied.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your online purchase for whatever reason you are able to return it to us within 7 days from the purchase date.  We are happy to issue a full refund within this timeframe however the return will only be accepted if: 

  • Goods are returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Goods are unaltered and in a saleable condition
  • Goods are unwashed and unworn
  • All original swing tags are still intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Goods were purchased at full price

Mazu do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on “sale” purchases.  All “sale” purchases are final.

How to return your order:

If you would like to return a full priced item you have purchased online with Mazu, you may do so within 7 days of purchase providing it meets all above criteria.

Please fill out the returns form supplied with your order.  This must accompany the item you want to return.  You can also download our returns form here:  Mazu online return form

The item must be sent back using a track and trace method.  Please note the item will be your responsibility until it reaches and is signed for by Mazu.  Mazu takes no responsibility for items lost in transit. 

All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note when returning an item from overseas, any local taxes and duties are also the responsibility of the customer.  For all exchanges we will happily deliver the new item to you at no cost provided we have received your returned order and it meets all the above criteria.

Once we receive the returned item an email will be sent to confirm your refund or new item shipping details.  Please allow 2 – 3 days for refunds to appear in your account.  Refunds will be made to the same card used in the original purchase.
